Project objective

Zentene Manor Clay House renovation — the first step in restoring the manor complex, preserving the site’s unique cultural and historical character and developing it into a centre for business activities.

Preserving cultural heritage

Restore the manor complex, including, in later stages, the manor house — a 19th-century Classicist gem.

Sustainable investment

Build a financially sustainable business model with the potential to reach €332k EBITDA by 2031.

Community of like-minded supporters

Expand and strengthen the community of supporters united by one mission – to restore Zentene Manor.

About the project

A historic manor.
Sustainable investment.

Zentene Manor is a national cultural monument — the manor house is an outstanding example of late Berlin Classicism, built in the 19th century. Since 2023, the manor has belonged to Jānis Dubinskis, who is committed to restoring it.

The first phase of the restoration project will transform the Clay House (the former servants’ house, 899 m²) into a multifunctional venue for corporate retreats, training, celebrations and leisure, with capacity for up to 40 guests.

⚠⚠⚠

The aim of this first investment round is to raise financing for the replacement of the Clay House roof and the restoration of the basement ceiling – critically important works that will prevent further deterioration of the building and establish a foundation for its restoration in subsequent stages.
